The Association of Monterey Bay Area Governments has partnered with PG&E to provide residents of Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Benito counties, including Watsonville residents, with free home energy surveys, free light bulbs and more to help residents lower their energy usage and save money on their natural gas and electricity bills. Hospitality businesses, such as restaurants and hotels, can also receive a free energy survey.
